A significant meeting on the performance indicators of the Board of Revenue (BOR) Punjab was chaired by Senior Member Board of Revenue (SMBR) Nabeel Javed. The meeting was attended by Secretary Revenue Board Hafiz Ahmed Tariq, DG Punjab Land Records Authority Ikram-ul-Haq, and other senior officials.
During the session, SMBR Nabeel Javed announced the development of a comprehensive dashboard designed to monitor the performance of divisional commissioners and district deputy commissioners across Punjab. He stated that under the BOR’s performance indicators, verified data from various Punjab divisions and districts has been submitted online to the Punjab Land Records Authority for digitization.
The dashboard will evaluate performance based on key indicators such as resolved cases, field visits, facilities for citizens, innovation and expansion projects, leasing and auctioning of government land, distribution and mutations, and recovery of government dues. Performance scores will be assigned to these indicators for a transparent assessment of officials’ efficiency. This initiative also extends to monitoring the performance of BOR members, ensuring accountability and streamlined governance across Punjab.
