ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Marriyum Aurangzeb has predicted convincing victory for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in the NA-120 by-election today (Sunday).
“On September 17, people will repose their confidence in Nawaz Sharif by casting their ballots in the favour of the PML-N,” a statement quoted the state minister as saying.
She said that the people would reject those who had been fomenting chaos and anarchy, besides indulging in reckless lying during the last four years. She said that the PML-N after emerging victorious in the contest would restore the sanctity and respect of their votes. Marriyum declared emphatically that the party, which ended darkness in the county, fought the battle against the scourge of terrorism, built road network across the country and gifted a multi-billion dollar China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CEPC) project to the nation would emerge triumphant in the by-election.
