KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers conducted targeted raids in Tuglag Lane Chakiwara, Gulistan-e-Johar and Malir Town on Thursday.
During the intelligence based operation, three militants – two from Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and one from Lashkar-e-Jhangvi – have been killed in exchange of firing, said Sindh Rangers spokesperson.
One target killer, associated with a political party’s wing, has also been arrested from Malir Town. Heavy weapons, ammunition and IEDs were recovered. A snap checking, in Baldia town area one, led to the arrest of a suspect in possession of weapons and narcotics, which were also recovered.
