PESHAWAR: Three suspected suicide bombers on a motorcycle were killed when a suicide jacket carried by one of them accidentally exploded early Friday morning in Peshawar’s Regi Lalma area, police said.
Superintendent Police Cantonment Kashif said the men were taking a suicide attacker to a target in Peshawar when the suicide jacket exploded. All three motorcyclists died on the spot. The incident comes days after two remote-controlled roadside bombs killed one constable and injured 17 others.
